SPIRIT OF TRUTH PT 2
John 16:13 AMPC 13 But when He, the Spirit of Truth (the Truth-giving Spirit) comes, He will guide you into all the Truth (the whole, full Truth). For He will not speak His own message [on His own authority]; but He will tell whatever He hears [from the Father; He will give the message that has been given to Him], and He will announce and declare to you the things that are to come [that will happen in the future].
I am continuing our study on the Spirit of Truth. We know that Holy Spirit dwells within us and His mission is to guide us into all Truth, the whole full Truth. He does not speak His own message or on His own authority; but He tells whatever He hears from the Father. Everything Holy Spirit is given to speak to us is to know more about Jesus and to glorify Him.
He will announce and declare to us the things that are to come, that will happen in the future. We don’t need to read horoscopes or go to phychics to find out the future. The Holy Spirit will tell us what will happen in the future. Stick with the Word and Holy Spirit and we will know all truth. He will give us wisdom and direction in our lives. Holy Spirit is entirely trustworthy, reliable, and incapable of falsehood. He is given to give us revelation knowledge of the Word of God.
We will continue our teaching on the Spirit of Truth next time.
Thank You Father for sending Holy Spirit to dwell in me and to guide me into all Truth. He will tell me things to come and give me revelation knowledge of Your Word. I love You Lord. In Jesus name Amen.
